    <title>Research Trends and Knowledge Structure in Green Human Resource Management: A Bibliometric Analysis</title>

    <content><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">This bibliometric study provides a comprehensive analysis on research trends in Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). It addresses the gap in systematic reviews of this emerging field. This study used VOS viewer software to analyse 88 papers from the database - Dimensions AI (2017-2024) and it helps to explore the publication growth, regional distributions, authors contribution, keywords, and networks. Result of the study highlights that GHRM's role in integrating sustainability into HR practices, with implications for policy and future research on economic and social sustainability dimensions. This bibliometric study offers valuable guidance for scholars and practitioners addressing global environmental challenges.</p>]]></content>
